Vibrating
The vibrating device provides for automatic control of the vibration process, with the possibility of vibrating at various preset frequencies with pertinent vibration times. The output and proof of the process course is the vibration report with graphic representation of resonant frequencies before and after performance of the operation.
Possibilities of using the vibrating - as an alternative to heat treatment; in particular, in the following cases:
- with welded steel structures which cannot be furnace-annealed in a standard way due to their dimensions
- with series-manufactured parts – subassemblies with subsequent machining, if there is a risk of stress being released = dimensional instability
