a) Surface prefinishing

Weldment degreasing

  • BlastingDegreasing in degreasing boxes – by spraying with tenside base agents (possibly with phosphate solutes added), max. weldment size 6 500 x 4 000 x 2 000 mm (weight up to15 t). Spraying equipment used – Kränzle Therm 870.

  • Degreasing in degreasing baths and on washing tables – performed with smaller weldments (baths OSV 1EA – 1 800 x 900 x 560 mm up to 500 kg, spraying at temperature of up to 60°C)

Blasting

  • Paint applicationBlasting of machined steel structures – performed manually in a blasting chamber,

    max. size 34 000 x 6 000 x 4 000 mm and 10 000 x 4 000 x 3 000 mm

  • Blasting capacity - 80 000m2/year

  • We use steel girds, slag, silica sand as a blasting medium for achieving level of surface fineness Sa 2,5 according to ISO 8501-1 ( for paint system), eventually Sa3 ( for metallization)

  • surface roughness Rz 30-80 mm

  

b) Paint application (PA)

  • we provide application:

    • in painting box with max. weldment size 15 000 x 4 000 x 6 000 mm and 20 000 x 4 000 x 6 000 mm

    • in surface finishing hall with max. weldment size 32 000 x 4 500 x 6 500 mm

  • used paint application equipment are

    • high-pressure - airless ( pressure up to 35 MPa)

    • airmix
    • electrostatic equipment
    • low-pressure - HVLP system and classical air spraying

 

Types of painting

  • one or two-component polyurethane paints

  • two-component zincsilicate paints

  • two-component epoxide paints (high-solid versions) and two-component epoxyacrylic and acrylurethan paints

  • one component alkyd and water-based paint
