Cutting

We provide a complex range of technologies for flame cutting both on-site and as a part of cooperation.

Sheets are cut using oxygen-acetylene and plasma cutting technologies.

Concerning the oxygen-acetylene flame cutting (MGM OMNICUT 3100, MGM OMNICUT 4000, MESSER GRIESHEIM C 8000), we are able to flame-cut plates with dimensions 3 500 x 14 000 mm and thickness up to 250 mm. In case of plasma cutting (MGM OMNICUT 3100 with plasma source HPR 260 HYPERTHERM), we are able to cut plates with the dimension 3 000 mm in width, 12 000 mm in length and thickness from 0,5 mm to 40 mm. HyPerformace technologies ensure high quality grade cut almost free of burns.

Laser cutting by means of TRUMATIC L 3050 can be applied for plates with dimensions 1 500 x 3 000 mm up to thickness 25 mm in case of structural steels and 20 mm in case of stainless steel.

All machines are programmed using SAPSproW software for NC cutting machines, which ensures maximum efficiency of material use. This fact is extending our scope of cutting - starting from simple shapes to complicated forms. Cutting according to templates is one of the possibilities for cutting smaller components of various shapes.

Sawing

We use circular saws for cutting profile materials, which can cut materials of diameter up to 210 mm (full profiles) and we also use band saws (Legnex), which can cut materials of diameter up to 400 mm (hollow profiles).

Shearing

Shearing is used both for plates and flats cutting. Performed by large-sized hydraulic table shears with sheet metal up to 2 000 mm wide and 16 mm thick. On the vibrating shears we are able to cut complex shapes according to patterns up to thickness 3 mm.
