Vibrating Device for Removal of Internal Stress
The principle of the vibration of weldment is that vibration of component at a certain frequency of vibrations leads to its resonance with significantly higher amplitudes of vibration. A plastic deformation with subsequent redistribution and overall reduction of residual elastic stresses occurs at the point of stress concentration.
