Range of Products

Manufacturing program includes about 120 batches of material for castings from low-alloy, medium-alloy and high-alloy steel. Castings from nodular cast iron are made from GGG 40, GGG 50 and GGG 60. Range of weight is mentioned in table below text. We deliver castings which have been sand-blasted, grinded, rough machined or final machined; according to customer requirements may also be painted or with surface-treated. Castings are widely used in the railway industry, heavy engineering, construction and mining mahinery, handling equipment and for other industrial branches. Foundry exports its production to the most of EU countries and also to USA. Export makes about 90% of all supplies.

Maximum flask dimensions in machine moulding shop : 900 x 700 x 600 mm.
Maximum flask dimensions in hand moulding shop : 4 000 x 4 000 mm or Ø 3 500 mm.
