Castings Product Business Group

The foundry assortment includes castings from carbon, low-alloy, medium-alloy and high-alloy steel and also from nodular cast iron. Weight of steel castings is from 5 kg to 18 tons, by the nodular iron castings we reach maximum weight about 3,5 tons, minimum weight is about 6,5 kg.

Moulding technology is divided into the machine and hand moulding. The machine moulding line offers a sem-automatic line with greensand moulding technology and hand moulding line is divided according to the technology to self-hardening mixture moulding (furan) and binding mixture moulding (bentonite and water glass).

Foundry carries out chemical composition, mechanical properties and spectial requirements for all castings. Also we provide non-destructive testing according to customer requirements.

We deliver castings which have been sand-blasted, grinded, rough machined or final machined; according to customer requirements may also be painted or with surface-treated.

Technical and Production Facilities

Introduction of range of products includes facilities of subsequent operations, specification of equipment which support manufacturing process and also view of usage of software for technological method better processing.
